Put the gel in the tray and wear it through the night for several weeks. The chemical used in trays is carbamide peroxide which gentler than hydrogen peroxide.

4. Porcelain veneers may be the best option for those whose teeth have darkened as a result of tetracycline or simply have deep intrinsic stains.   Bonding is another method you might want to try.
